Return of Goods - No goods (other than goods which reach the customer in a faulty condition or within the above rights to cancel) may be returned without our prior consent. Where we consent to such return, the goods must be received from the customer in a resalable condition. Faulty goods, which are being returned to us for examination prior to replacement, should be thoroughly cleaned and adequately packed before despatch.

Specification - The customer shall be wholly responsible for checking that the products are entirely appropriate for the use and application to which they may be put. The specification and description of the goods we supply have been supplied by manufacturers and were correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of enquiry. Manufacturers maintain the right to change specification without notice and whilst all reasonable care is taken implement changes, customers are advised to check the exact specification of all goods prior to ordering where changes may effect operation.
